GUIDED MEDITATION YOU NEED TO RECORD THE MEDITATION WHEN YOU ARE WIDE AWAKE, RECORD ALL FROM THE BEGINNING INCLUDING THE INSTRUCTIONS, SO YOU PLAY THIS EVERY TIME YOU USE IT.
Get into bed and take four large breaths in and eight breaths out, do this three times. Then imagine you are climbing on to a pillow soft cloud, as soon as you lay down on the cloud it envelops you like a warm hug.
Once you are safely on, the cloud begins to rise and you feel warm air pass over you, you begin to float above fields of Lavender, Night Jasmine and Poppies, you can smell the scents of all the flowers, the heady fragrance fills your nostrils and calms your mind.
You float high above the fields and drift over running brooks and you hear the grass and trees billowing in the gentle warm breeze, the sky is pitch black but there are a few pearl coloured twinkling stars that seem to wink at you as you go by. You cross desserts and vast mountain ranges and as you notice a green hill coming into view, your gaze takes you to a large four poster bed sitting at the bottom of the tree, the bed has a large canopy made out of rich purple velvet and the duvet pulls back to reveal a huge deep mattress with four large soft as marshmallow pillows and a delicate but weighty duvet that wraps around you as you gently step from the cloud into the bed.
Count backward from 10 till 1 and find yourself drifting off. 10, 9, 8, 7,6, 5,4,3,2, 1 GUIDED MEDITATION 2
