Millet porridge with cinnamon and coconut milk

This is millet an ancient grain. It is rich in calcium, iron and zinc. its gluten free and hypoallergenic. Mix a couple of large desserts spoonfuls with a large of cup or nut milk of your choice and ad a dash of cinnamon powder heat and stir on a low heat until its a porridge. A mug of herb tea not fruit (you dont need excess sugar at breakfast) and you have a perfect balanced way to start the day and keep you going through to lunch. This will take less than 5 mins to prepare
